WE SAY that these pictures taken March 30, 2001 of a 10 year storm event that reflects flooding indicates there is a floodplain. The elevation of flooding is NOT known since it has NEVER been classified by study.
The FEMA map doesn't reflect flooding but the pictures do????
It is because the area has NOT been studied to determine the extent of a 100 year flood hazard???
