          YOU BE THE JUDGE

THEY SAY they don't want Griffin's Dairy reclassified as a "wet meadow" and that they DON'T want the plan of record that the Abington Conservation Commission approved changed.

THEY don't want anything to change.

                     WHY?

Because they KNOW the plan of record is inaccurate.

They know that because of those errors it favors their project. The ANRAD plan locks in the wetlands resources for their plans. It doesn't matter whether the plan is right or wrong.

Keep in mind this area was MOWED prior to this plan being created!

                       It MAY have been APPROVED

                      BUT

                     That doesn't make it ACCURATE

WE SAY that the approved plans contains an inaccurate delineation of the wetlands boundary and of the resources that exist onsite.

WE SAY the plan is inaccurate.

I wonder if a review by federal agencies will produce the same results. Let's keep in mind that this time the fields will not be mowed prior to performing a wetlands delineation like was done in 2004/2005.

Let's see what a federal review has to say of the

                               "Approved Plan of Record"
