Views from around the "CONCEPTUAL" New Middle School
Prompted by the Town of Abington's unwillingness to amend the "Plan Of Record" for the wetlands delineation that was performed in 2005, Federal Regulatory Review is one of a few options available to correct this flawed plan.
It is hoped that the Abington Board of Selectmen recognize the errors that have been made and take a "PUBLIC POSITION" and acknowledge that the Town of Abington's "PLAN OF RECORD" for Bordering Vegetated Wetlands-Griffin's Dairy, dated November 11, 2005, is inaccurate.
Failure to acknowledge this inacuracy serves as grounds for appeals to the Department of Environmental Protection and/or Superior Land Court when this plan is referenced. This failure would also promote wasted taxes on planning using an inacurate wetlands line.
