   The Abington Conservation Commission approved the 2005 plan version and records of their meeting reflect the chairman stating that the plans changed very little. The hearing was closed "contingent" of receiving a DEP file # for the ANRAD filing. Never once was the fact that these fields were mowed ever get mentioned.
 
 
Look closely and you will see wetlands appear, disappear and move before your eyes.
 
Keep in mind that this was an old dairy that had agricultural activity (mowing of the fields) conducted up until the summer of 2004.
